description I interned at the Carnegie Mellon University Press for four semesters. As a manuscript-reading intern, I evaluated 400+ poetry manuscripts and selected one for publication in concert with several other readers. As a book design intern, I built the interiors of three books: How I Went Red (2014, Maggie Glover), The Voices (2015, Michael D. Browne), Where Are We in This Story? (2015, Sarah Rosenblatt).
